Purpose
The website provides information about mountain-bike destinations and allows visitors to request trip-planning and travel-service proposals. Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation or oblige either party to enter into a contract.
Our commercial role
Epic Bike Trails selects and coordinates services supplied by independent accommodation providers, guides, bicycle-rental businesses, transport operators and other providers. Our contractual role and the relevant suppliers will be identified in the proposal and booking documentation before a binding booking is made.
Where we sell or offer a combination constituting a package under applicable law, we will assume the responsibilities imposed on an organiser. Where we act as agent for a separately identified supplier, the service contract will be with that supplier under the disclosed terms. Nothing on this website limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
